Delivery, returns and exchanges
Upon clearance of payment, 99% of orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. If there is any problem or hold up we shall let you know.
We always endeavour to get shirts to you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates and services
All orders on Melanddi.co.uk are shipped via courier post. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive notification to you via email or text on your mobile, which will include a tracking URL and tracking code so you may track the progress of your package throughout delivery to you.
The majority of orders require a signature upon delivery, therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are entirely happy for goods to be sent to their chosen address. Under no circumstances, will goods be resent, or refunds made by Melanddi.co.uk for customers who state that some unauthorised person signed and accepted their purchased goods.
For shipments to countries outside the EU, we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means that you the customer, are liable for any local sales or import duties which may be charged on your item(s). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot confirm how much the charges may be. Please note that you are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Goods may occasionally be subject to delays due to weather or customs.
Melanddi.co.uk cannot be held responsible if the local authorities charge any import duty or wish to confiscate any items. As the customer you are responsible for paying the duty.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact you local customs office for more information.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we therefore offer a no question asked refund, less postage fees we incur, if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason. Please return the same, unworn goods to us and we will refund the cost of the goods to you less the postage fees we have incurred. (£9.00)
UK Returns & Exchanges; All returns and exchanges must be received back to us within 10 days from the date you initially received the item(s). This is from the date the item(s) was/were signed for when received from the mail provider.
EU Returns & Exchanges; All returns and exchanges must be received back to us within 10 days from the date you initially received the item(s). This is from the date the item(s) was/were signed for when received from the mail provider.
WW Returns & Exchanges; All returns and exchanges must be received back to us within 21 days from the date you initially received the item(s). This is from the date the item(s) was/were signed for when received from the mail provider.
ALL RETURNED ITEM(S) RECEIEVED AFTER THESE TIME PERIODS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED & EXCHANGED REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ISSUED
It is the senders responsibility to ensure that goods are adequately insured and tracked. Melanddi.co.uk does not accept any liabilty for returned goods that may go astray in the postal system and we will not compensate in any such circumstance.
The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Therefore, returned items should be properly insured or tracked by the person returning the goods.
